Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical) with min. 10 years of experience in offshore drilling & completions.

Key Roles: Reporting to the Drilling Manager, this position will be responsible for selection and application of drilling technology for deepwater wells and the development of solutions to problem arising from the execution of these activities. Conduct studies and evaluations to optimize well design and promote safe, cost effectiveness operations.
Prepare and approve drilling programs and AFE s. Prepare bid documents for the procurement of drilling equipment, supplies and service and assist with the tender evaluation.

• Reservoir Engineer Specialist

Requirements: Degree in Petroleum or Mining Engineering with min.15 years of reservoir engineering experience and current knowledge and specialization in reservoir simulation.

Key Roles: Reporting to the Chief Petroleum Engineer, this position will be responsible to provide engineering advice to the proposals & recommendations related with the application of enhanced oil recovery techniques, reservoir management and field development strategies. Conduct economic analysis of the project and determine optimized well spacing, well bore utility, and reservoir depletion plans. Monitor data during drilling and production phases and, in conjunction with the subsurface team, recommend changes to the program as required. Provide engineering advice into studies on infill drilling, water injection well selection, formation damage, water quality, petrophysics, optimum completion techniques, tracer studies, and pressure transient analysis.

The ideal candidate will have : Strong ability and competency in reservoir simulation and other relevant software. Desire to develop and implement innovative ideas.

• Senior Project / Integrity Engineer

Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in a Maintenance, Inspection and Corrosion planning and coordination role. Key Roles: Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this position will be responsible to manage the crew changes and material / equipment handling by air and marine transportation from the shore bases to the offshore drilling rig and facilities which located in an remote / frontier offshore areas in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatra and Eastern part of Indonesia. Coordinate all logistics support to Operations and Drilling department in material importation and clearance, permits, and technical inspection, Material control and warehousing management. Pelaksanaan Seleksi

Seleksi dilaksanakan dengan sistem gugur, terdiri dari:
* Tahap I Pendaftaran secara on line pada situs web Depsos (linknya terlampir di akhir artikel).
o Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran on line dan mengunggah/upload photo digital akan mendapatkan nomor register dan formulir kemudian harus mengirimkan berkas lamaran.
* Tahap II Seleksi Administratif
o Pelamar yang akan diikutkan dalam proses seleksi administratif hanya pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran secara online.
o Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif akan dipanggil mengikuti tahapan selanjutnya, maksimal 10 (sepuluh) kali formasi per jenis pendidikan.
* Tahap III Ujian Tulis
o Ujian tulis direncanakan akan dilaksanakan di tiga wilayah yaitu : di Sumatera/ditentukan kemudian untuk Wilayah I, Pulau Jawa untuk Wilayah II dan Pulau Sulawesi untuk Wilayah III. Pengambilan Nomor Ujian, Lokasi dan waktu pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian dan diinformasikan paling lambat sehari sebelum pelaksanaan. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus akan dipanggil mengikuti tahapan selanjutnya.
* Tahap IV Wawancara
o Wawancara akan dilaksanakan di Jakarta. Lokasi dan waktu pelaksanaan akan diinformasikan kemudian.
o Hasil seleksi setiap tahapan akan diumumkan di website Depsos.

Pengajuan Lamaran

* Pelamar melakukan pendaftaran secara online di website Depsos (http://www.depsos. go.id/) paling lambat tanggal 12 Oktober 2009;
* Mengunggah/upload pas photo berwarna terbaru digital dengan format .jpg, .gif, .bmp atau .png dengan ukuran maksimal 50 KB (lima puluh kilo byte);

o Formulir pendaftaran yang telah ditandatangani,
o Photocopy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat berwenang (masing-masing 1 rangkap),
o Potocopy surat akreditasi jurusan dari instansi berwenang yang telah dilegalisir (1 rangkap),

o Photocopy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku (1 rangkap).

* Setiap pelamar diwajibkan untuk memilih satu wilayah penempatan yang diinginkan. Lokasi wilayah penempatan terdiri dari:
o Wilayah I meliputi Pulau Sumatera,
o Wilayah II meliputi Pulau Jawa, Kalimantan, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara Barat,
o Wilayah III meliputi Pulau Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua dan Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Berkas lamaran dikirimkan melalui pos yang dialamatkan kepada :

Lain-Lain

• Mampu memberikan pengarahan dan petunjuk (SOP) keselamatan kerja untuk setiap jenis kegiatan tambang,

Civil Engineer

• Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures, work planning, budgeting, and reporting working progress,
• Generation/Review/Approval design calculation material take off (MTO),
• Be able to negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work,
• Having good skill to analyze either proposal or others report from contractor which related to project work,
• Having experience to handle Quality Control which connect with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge etc.,
• Strong background in management of project,
• Good team work with the foreign contractor and consultant,
• Able to monitor and crosscheck the erection progress from contractor.

Specific Requirements:
• Min. 5 years experience in supervise steel bridge construction and hauling road,
• S1 From Civil engineering,
• Min. 40 years old. (Male/Female),
• Ability to using Ms. Office, AutoCad, STAAD III, etc.,
• Good command in English both oral and written,

Coal Crushing Plant Superintendent (CCP)

Key Accountabilities:
• Menguasai Crushing Plant Construction, Operation & Maintenance,
• Dapat membuat jadwal aktivitas dan target kerja produksi,
• Dapat mengoperasikan crushing equipment,
• Terbiasa mengatur ROM coal blending dan product stockpile untuk proses dan pengapalan sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan,
• Memahami proses pemuatan batubara ke tongkang,
• Memiliki skill dan pengetahuan dalam analisa batubara, proses pencampuran batubara (coal blending), pengoperasian alat berat, genset, dll),
• Terbiasa dengan system kerja shift,
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan kontraktor maupun masyarakat sekitar,
• Familiar dengan management stockpile batubara.

Spesific Requirements:

• Minimal pendidikan S1 dari Universitas terkemuka, diutamakan dari tehnik pertambangan/metalurgi,

Environmental Supervisor

• Mengkoordinasi dan melaksanakan kegiatan reklamasi di area tambang, Melaksanakan inspeksi ke lapangan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan kegiatan reklamasi sesuai dengan rencana,
• Mengawasi aktivitas kontraktor dalam melaksanakan kegiatan reklamasi di area tambang berdasarkan rencana departemen,
• Mempersiapkan data terkait dengan rencana perluasan tambang, kondisi top soil, elevasi tanah, potential acid dan lain-lain,
• Melaksanakan kegiatan revegetasi di area reklamasi berdasarkan asas AMDAL dan rencana departemen,
• Bekerja sama dengan konsultan untuk memastikan kebenaran pengumpulan data lingkungan hidup (misal: kondisi asam, air tanah, dan lain-lain),
• Melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan air (water management), Memeriksa kondisi air di kolam pengendap dan melaksanakan tindakan pencegahan (treatment) pencemaran lingkungan (misal: pemberian kapur tohor, tawas atau bahan-bahan kimia lannya) untuk menjaga dan memastikan agar kondisi air sesuai dengan standar baku mutu,
• Melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan limbah tambang (waste management) berupa limbah organik, non-organik, hidrocarbon (misal: pengisian bahan bakar atau oli ke alat berat) maupun limbah produksi yang tergolong B3 (bahan beracun dan berbahaya).

Manager – Business and Performance Improvement
(Code M-BPI)

Key elements of the position include:
• Liaise with Managers in the organization to understand the problems on their areas to identify improvement opportunities and to define, select and monitor business improvement projects.
• Direct and facilitate the KPC s business and performance improvement projects to ensure the team meets the goals.
• Ensure that appropriate management Information system are in place in KPC so that process output are measured, improvement opportunities identified, and the effectiveness of any Improvement are quantified.
• Develop business and performance improvement strategic plan in line with the GM Business and Performance improvement annual context statement.
• Develop with General Manager the key process and improvement initiatives and the associated key performance measures required to achieve the KPC business Improvement plan.
• Monitor Improvement projects progress to assess the savings and gains, monitor control charts, Investigate and rectify any variances required.
• Develop action plan with Business Improvement Champions and Project Leaders to ensure the sustainability for every improvement projects.
• Develop the effective communication strategy for KPC business improvement process to ensure people awareness of the program and to report the project results.
• Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC s Environmental Management Policy.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of mining Industry improvement initiatives and technological Innovations.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Possess a tertiary qualification in Mining, Mechanical, Geology/Civil Engineering from a reputable University.
• Hold Pengawas Operational Madya Certificate is preferable. Candidate with Business Improvement Experience using Six Sigma Methodology will be preferred.
• Possess extensive experience and proven skills in the mining industry at least 10 years, preferably in open cut mining coat mining encompassing a broad range of practical production, maintenance, improvement, technical and people management Issues.
• Possess Strong analytical, Problem Solving, Leadership, Negotiation and influencing and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
