1. Pemimpin Cabang -Pinca (Penempatan: Bandung Suniaraja, Jambi, Kediri, Tegal.)

Qualifications:
* Age maximum 40 years;
* Education minimum S1 All Major;
* Minimum 5 years experience as Branch Manager.

Responsibility:
To plan, coordinate and supervise all activities of Sharia Branch Office, which includes marketing and operational activities to ensure achievement of targets set budget effectively and efficiently.

2.Pemimpin Cabang Pembantu –Pincapem / Sub-BM (Penempatan: Yogjakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Binjai, & Jakarta).

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 37 years;
* Education minimum S1 All Major;
* Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Branch Manager.

Responsibility:
To plan, coordinate and supervise all activities of Sharia Branch Office, which includes marketing and operational activities to ensure achievement of targets set budget effectively and efficiently.

3.Marketing Manager – MM (Penempatan: Semarang, Makassar, Medan, & Samarinda).

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 35 years;
* Education minimum S1 All Major;
* Minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Manager.

Responsibility:
Coordinate and supervise the teamwork in branch marketing activities for the achievement of the target effectively and efficiently.

4.Manager Operasi (MO)

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 45 years.
* The minimum formal education S1 All Major, preferably Bachelor
* Economics, Accounting, and Information Management.
* Minimum 1 year experience as an Operations Manager in the Banking or minimum 3 years as Assistant Manager of Banking Operations

Responsibility:
Coordinate the operational implementation of the bank in order to support business growth by providing services that transaction from the customer in the Master Branch properly completed.

5.Asisten Manajer Operasi (AMO)

* Qualifications:
* Age maximum 40 years
* Minimum S1 formal education. All of the Department, preferably Bachelor of Economics, Accounting, and Information Management.
* Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager of Operations in the Banking or minimum 3 years as Supervisor of Banks Opersai or minimum 5 years as an officer Teller, Costumer Service Officer (CS), and Administration Officer (Back Office).

Responsibility:
Coordinate the operational implementation of the bank in order to support business growth by providing services so that transactions from customers in branch offices can be resolved.

6.Supervisor Layanan Operasi (SPV OPS)-KCP

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 35 years
* The minimum formal education S1 Any major, preferably Scholar
* Economics, Accounting, and Information Management.
* Minimum 1 year experience as an Operations Supervisor in the Banking Services or minimum 3 years as an Officer Teller, Costumer Service Officer (CS), and Administration Officer (Back Office).

Responsibility:
Coordinate the operational implementation of the bank in order to support business growth by providing services that transaction from the customer in the Branch Office Assistant can be resolved.

7.Account Officer (AO)

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years;
* The minimum formal education S1 Any major;
* Minimum 3 years experience as Account Officer in banking.

Product marketing activities and services fund to optimize the branch office business.

9.Supervisor Financing Support (SPV FRS)

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 35 years
* The minimum formal education S1 Any major, preferably Bachelor of Law.
* Minimum 3 years experience in the Banking Financing Administration.

Responsibility:
Ensure all activities related to aspects of the Financing Support has been in accordance with standard policies and procedures and conduct monitoring activities and quality of documentation provided financing.

10.Legal-L

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years
* Minimum S1 Formal Education Department of Law
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Officer in Banking.

Responsibility:
Legal review of the legal subject, business licensing completeness, legality assurance etc., making the covenant and binding guarantees.

11.Appraisal & Investigation-AI

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years;
* Minimum S1 Formal Education Department of Civil Engineering or Architecture;
* Minimum 2 years experience as an Appraisal in Banking.

Responsibility:
Conduct security assessments and trade checking.

12.Financing Administration-FA

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years.
* The minimum formal education S1 Any major.
* Minimum 2 years experience in the Banking Financing Administration.

Responsibility:
Disbursement financing, insurance reporting, managing the permit or document is due, in custody (dual control with Financing Document & Report).

13.Reporting & Custody Staff-RCS

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years.
* The minimum formal education S1 Corporate Administration Department.
* Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in Banking.

Responsibility:
Perform data processing and financial reporting for internal and external requirements, in accordance with the standards / regulations in force.

14.Collection- Coll (Penempatan Bandung-Suniaraja, Jakarta-Mampang, Malang, Makasar, Padang, Banjarmasin, Bogor, Tanjungkarang, Jambi, Cirebon, Jakarta-Wahid Hasyim, Semarang , Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Cianjur, Solo, Pekanbaru).

Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years.
* Minimum D3 Formal Education Department of Economics, Banking & Finance, legal.
* Experience dealing with billing in Banking.
* Expected controlled areas related branches.

Qualifications:

17. Service Quality Development & Motivation-SQ Spv
Qualifications:

Responsibility:
Coordination and development to improve quality
service to internal and external customers.

18.Service Quality Staff -SQ
Qualifications:

* Age maximum 30 years;

19. Account Officer Development Program – AODP
Qualifications:
